Terrace Mill Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized to restore and maintain the mill and surrounding property. The foundation acquired the property from Chippewa Falls Township in March 1979. The Foundation's first goal was to have the property added to the National Register of Historic Places. The next goal is to secure adequate support and conduct the necessary activities of preservation and restoration. The third goal is to develop and maintain an innovative adaptive use of the mill.
